\n Maintenance Manager Job Duties\n
\n
    \n
  • Manage preventive maintenance for equipment and facility systems.
    • \n
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and building issues.
    • \n
  • Prioritize maintenance requests and complete repairs as needed.
    • \n
  • Coordinate contractors and recurring facility services.
    • \n
  • Support facility safety, inspections, and corrective actions.
    • \n

\n Maintenance Manager Requirements\n
\n
    \n
  • Hands-on facility and production equipment maintenance experience.
    • \n
  • Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair experience.
    • \n
  • Knowledge of mechanical, light electrical, and building systems.
    • \n
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate outside vendors.
    • \n
  • High school diploma or GED and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
    • \n
\n
\n Preferred: Bilingual English/Spanish skills.\n
\n

\n Location: Mesa, AZ\n
Pay: $27.00-$36.00/hour\n
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM or 8:00 AM-5:00 PM\n
