Bonitz of Georgia is hiring a Commercial Roofing Crewmember to join our growing installation team. If you’re dependable, safety-minded, and want steady year-round commercial construction work — we want to talk to you.

This is a hands-on role installing commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, metal roofing, and related components. No residential door knocking — we work on commercial structures only.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in installation and repair of commercial roofing systems
\n
• Work with TPO, EPDM, metal roofing, flashing, and roof deck materials
\n
• Prepare and clean job sites
\n
• Load/unload roofing materials and equipment
\n
• Operate and maintain construction tools and equipment
\n
• Assist with ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts
\n
• Follow OSHA and company safety standards
\n
• Identify and report unsafe jobsite conditions
\n
• Work alongside experienced foremen and installers to develop skills
\n

What We’re Looking For

\n
• Experience in commercial roofing
\n
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 100 lbs
\n
• Comfortable working at heights and on ladders
\n
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
\n
• Ability to travel to job sites (approximately 25% overnight weekday travel)
\n
• Clean driving record (no DUI or major violations in the last 5 years)
\n
• Willingness to complete pre-employment drug screening
\n
• OSHA 10 certification is a plus (not required)
\n
• Forklift or aerial lift experience is a plus
\n

Schedule

\n
• Full-time
\n
• Overtime available
\n
• Weekday travel throughout GA, FL, SC
\n
• Occasional night or weekend work based on project needs
\n

• $18-$22 per hour (based on experience)
