We are expanding and looking for a motivated, people-friendly sales rep to help grow our customer base and build local relationships.What You'll DoGreet walk-in customers and help identify the right product or serviceCall and visit local businesses (marinas, golf cart dealers, landscapers, auto shops, repair companies, etc.) to offer our products and servicesCreate quotes and invoices (we train you)Follow up with customers for repeat ordersRepresent the company professionally in the communityKeep sales pipeline updated (simple CRM - we train)Who Succeeds in This RoleYou like talking to people and helping solve problemsYou're not afraid to make phone calls or stop in local businessesYou are reliable and have good work habitsYou want the chance to earn more based on resultsSales experience is great - but not required.If you've worked retail, customer service, warehouses, or mechanical/auto, we can train you on the sales side.RequirementsValid driver's license + reliable transportationComfortable making calls and visiting customersAble to lift 25-40 lbs occasionally (battery handling)Comfortable learning product knowledge (we train you step-by-step)CompensationBase Pay: $18-$22/hr depending on experienceCommission: Uncapped - earn more for each sale and repeat accountMonthly performance bonuses availableExpected first-year total earnings: $40,000-$60,000+ for strong performersScheduleFull-time (some Saturdays required)BenefitsPaid trainingOpportunities to advance (lead sales, store management, route sales)Supportive, grounded family-style work culture
