The ONE Group are excited to be partnering with an established and highly successful organisation to recruit a Senior Finance Manager into a key role within their finance function.

What we’re looking for:

\n
• Reporting into the Head of Finance, you'll take ownership of a significant operational P&L and act as a trusted finance partner across multiple business functions.
\n
• Taking ownership of the P&L, ensuring accurate reporting, forecasting and financial control.
\n
• Delivering weekly, monthly, and long-term financial reporting with clear commercial insight.
\n
• Leading the budgeting, forecasting and planning process across several cost centres.
\n
• Business partnering with operational and senior leadership teams to support strategic and commercial decision making.
\n
• Providing financial analysis to identify risks, opportunities and performance trends.
\n
• Supporting commercial projects, investment decisions and business cases.
\n
• Driving continuous improvement across reporting, forecasting and finance processes through automation and innovation.
\n
• Working collaboratively with wider finance teams to deliver accurate, timely and efficient financial information.
\n
• Line management of small finance team.
\n

You'll ideally have:

\n
• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
\n
• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning experience.
\n
• Proven ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
\n
• A proactive approach to improving processes and challenging existing ways of working.
\n
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance audiences.
