JLA is driven by a world class Sales & Marketing engine, owns and maintains all assets, and has an efficient on-site operations team working with daily with customers.Role overviewWe are seeking a customer-focused and enthusiastic individual to join our Planning Team as a Senior Planning Coordinator. Working as part of a vibrant, energetic team, you will lead by example, knowing when to take a hands-on approach and when to guide, support and direct others. You will play a key role in helping the team deliver against customer SLAs and maintain high standards of service. The successful candidate will be professional, confident and assertive, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure, prioritise effectively and respond quickly to issues as they arise. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career and progress towards a future Team Leader role.Key tasksDrive daily workload performance, supporting the team to meet and improve against agreed targets.Conduct coaching sessions and call quality monitoring to support colleague development and service standards.Support, motivate and guide the team to deliver against operational targets and customer SLAs.Oversee daily team activity, ensuring tasks are completed on time, within SLA and to a high standard.Produce, interpret and analyse reporting data to identify trends and support effective team performance.Identify, facilitate and share opportunities to improve business processes and ways of working.Deputise for the Planning Team Leader when required, supporting effective day-to-day leadership of the team.Maintain clear communication and strong working relationships with field colleagues and wider service delivery teams.Provide cover for planning duties when required to support operational continuity.CriteriaEssential (attributes required for candidate to be considered)Desirable (attributes can be trained or developed)Knowledge and Skills (what you know and what you can do)Strong national geographical knowledge to support effective planning and scheduling.Confident and clear communicator, with the ability to engage effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.Strong organisational skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise and manage work effectively.Good level of computer literacy, including confident use of Microsoft Office applications.Strong customer service experience, with a focus on delivering high standards of support.SMART and FLS system knowledgeExperience (what you have done)Proven ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment, delivering against agreed performance measures.Previous planning experience, with the ability to organise workloads and support effective operational delivery.Personal qualities(the way you think and act)Able to make confident, well-informed decisions in a timely manner.Collaborative team player with a positive, proactive and solution-focused approach.Ability to assess workload requirements based on job volume and plan resources accordingly.TPBN1_UKTJ
