A Top 100 UK law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate Immigration Solicitor to join its growing Immigration team. The practice advises businesses, senior executives, entrepreneurs and private individuals across a broad range of UK immigration and nationality matters.

The Role

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload encompassing both corporate and private immigration matters, including:

• Skilled Worker and Global Business Mobility visas
\n
• Sponsor licence applications and compliance
\n
• Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR)
\n
• British citizenship and nationality applications
\n
• Family and private client immigration matters
\n
• EU Settlement Scheme applications
\n
• Human rights-based immigration cases
\n
• Employer advisory and compliance work
\n

  The firm is keen to hear from qualified solicitors who possess:

  • Approximately 4+ years' PQE in immigration law (guideline only)

  • Strong experience across corporate/business immigration
