Senior Tax Manager - International Tax Reporting & Compliance

- Location London - Flexible working can be discussed \n
- Contract: 12 months (high likelihood of extension) \n
The Senior Manager, International Tax Reporting & Compliance, is a key member of the International Tax team responsible for non-US tax matters.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Prepare quarterly US GAAP tax provisions (FAS109/FIN18). \n
- Prepare annual current and deferred tax true-ups. \n
- Maintain FIN48/FAS5 provisions. \n
- Manage and review direct tax compliance, including corporate tax, withholding tax, stamp duty, property tax, and related filings through external service providers. \n
- Support Pillar 2 compliance and Public Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR). \n
- Review corporate tax calculations and assess financial statement impacts under IFRS and US GAAP. \n
- Collaborate with the US Transfer Pricing team on documentation and filings. \n
- Coordinate with senior tax team members to ensure accurate and efficient international tax processes. \n
- Calculate advance corporate tax payments and related filings. \n
- Support tax planning and audit activities as required. \n
- Build strong relationships with Accounting, Legal, Treasury, FP&A, and other stakeholders. \n
- Mentor and develop junior team members. \n
- Improve and automate tax processes using tools such as Alteryx, Qlik, and other technologies. \n
Required Qualifications
\n- \n
- Recognized accounting qualification with 6+ years of relevant experience in practice or industry. \n
- Strong corporate income tax knowledge. \n
- Experience with quarterly tax provisioning. \n
- Solid data management and automation skills. \n
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building abilities. \n
- Ability to manage competing priorities and balance stakeholder needs. \n
Preferred Qualifications
\n- \n
- Experience with US GAAP tax reporting (FAS109/FIN18). \n
- Knowledge of OneSource Tax Provision and Alteryx. \n
- Understanding of OECD and EU tax developments, including BEPS, DAC6, and Public CbCR. \n
