Process Operator

Working Hours - Working on a shift rotation - 37.5 hours per week.

Shift Pattern - Monday - Friday 7am - 2.30pm & Monday - Friday 2.30pm - 10.00pm

Your Role in Creating Quality Bakes

• Operate and adjust key production equipment including ovens, rotary moulders, cream mixers, and chocolate enrobers to maintain consistent quality and smooth workflow.

• Check and set recipes, programs, and safety guards before start-up, ensuring all equipment is safe, ready, and compliant.
\n
• Monitor production lines by checking conveyors, refilling hoppers, maintaining chocolate flow, and reporting any issues early.
\n
• Carry out regular quality checks, including colour and product standards, while keeping your workspace clean, safe, and well organised.

Your Key Ingredients

• Strong communication and numeracy skills – able to understand instructions, follow safety procedures, and complete simple calculations to support smooth operations.

• High attention to detail – skilled at monitoring processes, spotting inconsistencies, and accurately recording checks and documentation.
\n
• Hygiene and safety focused with a practical approach to machinery – committed to maintaining a clean, safe workplace, with basic machine operation awareness (full training provided).
