Senior Finance Analyst

Reed Finance is partnering with a leading global organisation to recruit a Senior Financial Analyst for its Chelmsford site.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified finance professional to join a high-performing team where you'll work closely with senior stakeholders, influence commercial decisions, and help drive business performance across a key division.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver insightful financial analysis and performance reporting.
\n
• Support budgeting, forecasting and annual planning processes.
\n
• Manage and monitor overhead expenditure across the business unit.
\n
• Partner with operational and commercial teams to improve profitability.
\n
• Identify risks, opportunities and areas for performance improvement.
\n
• Support customer bids and commercial decision-making.
\n
• Prepare journals, reconciliations and month-end reporting.
\n
• Ensure compliance with financial controls and SOX requirements.
\n

About You

\n
• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
\n
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.
\n
• Experience within a fast-paced commercial environment.
\n
• ERP experience, ideally SAP S/4HANA.
\n
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
\n
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
\n
• Continuous improvement mindset.
\n
