We're partnering with a luxury retail business seeking a Legal Counsel (Employment) to join its collaborative legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for an NQ-2 PQE solicitor with employment law experience to advise on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters.

💼 What you'll be doing:

• Supporting employment tribunals, settlements and employee relations issues
\n
• Advising on complex employment law matters, grievances, claims and dismissals
\n
• Drafting policies and delivering training across the business
\n
• Working closely with HR, senior stakeholders and external counsel
\n

'05; You'll bring:

\n
• Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) or equivalent
\n
• Employment law experience gained in private practice or in-house
\n
• Strong employment tribunal experience is essential
\n
• Strong stakeholder management and commercial awareness
\n
• A proactive, practical approach to legal advice
\n
