BMC Helix Analyst ITAM

Your responsibilities:

• Support administration and maintenance of BMC Helix ITAM and CMDB platforms across enterprise retail environments.
\n
• Maintain accurate configuration item (CI) data, asset relationships and service mappings aligned.
\n
• Develop and enhance automated workflows using Flow Designer to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
\n
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, application and support teams to ensure CMDB data quality and governance.
\n
• Perform data analysis, reconciliation and remediation activities to improve asset and configuration accuracy.
\n
• Support onboarding of applications, infrastructure components, and business services into CMDB and ITAM platforms.
\n
• Assist in implementing service management best practices, governance controls, and process improvements aligned with ITIL standards.
\n
• Troubleshoot platform, integration, and workflow issues related to BMC Helix ITAM, CMDB and automation capabilities.
\n
• Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures and reporting dashboards for service management processes.
\n
• Support digital transformation and automation initiatives across retail stores, supply chain and corporate technology environments.
\n
• Strong experience in implementing and working with CIS Controls v8.1
