Keep the customers happy.As we scale up our operation, we need an Office Manager who can bring structure, leadership and cal m to a busy, fast-moving environment. You'll supervise our office team, own the order entry and complaint recording processes, and be the person who ensures the office runs as smoothly as the factory floor.This is a hands-on role in a business where accuracy genuinely matters a missed order or a mishandled complaint has a real impact on a real customer.
