PMO Lead

London | Hybrid – Tuesday to Thursday in the office

We are working with a growing energy scale up business looking for a commercially minded Senior PMO Manager to support the continued growth of the organisation.

This is a broad role spanning Finance, Technology and Operations, with significant autonomy to shape PMO processes, governance and reporting as the business scales.

You will:

• Manage and monitor CapEx deployment across a portfolio of approximately £8m–£150m.
\n
• Support financial control, cash-flow forecasting and investment decisions.
\n
• Monitor multiple revenue streams and understand their impact on wider business performance.
\n
• Own and improve corporate reporting for senior leadership, investors and executive committees.
\n
• Develop executive dashboards and meaningful financial and operational MI.
\n
• Work closely with Finance and Technology leadership to improve reporting and systems.
\n
• Support an ongoing systems implementation programme and embed effective reporting and analytics.
\n
• Shape the PMO framework, including governance, reporting and delivery processes.
\n
• Potentially mentor or support a junior PMO resource as the function develops.
\n

We are looking for someone who is:

• Adept and comfortable with PMO, reporting, governance, and capital allocation/financial management would be highly relevant.
\n
• Comfortable producing reporting and MI for senior stakeholders and executive teams.
\n
• Able to develop governance and processes rather than simply operate within established frameworks.
\n
• Independent, proactive and comfortable working with ambiguity.
\n
• Confident challenging senior stakeholders and influencing business decisions.
