Microbiologist (3 month FTC)

We are seeking a microbiologist to join one of our pharmaceutical clients on a 3 month fixed term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who is looking to gain valuable industry experience.

The successful candidate will support the lab team with a range of testing and administrative duties, ensuring high levels of quality and compliance are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine microbiological testing in accordance with company procedures.
\n
• Record, analyse and report test results accurately.
\n
• Support laboratory administration and documentation activities.
\n
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure good laboratory practices are followed.
\n
• Assist with investigations and data review where required.
\n
• Adhere to health, safety and quality standards at all times.
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Degree in Microbiology, Biological Sciences or a science related discipline preferred.
\n
• Previous microbiology laboratory experience is advantageous but not essential.
\n
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
\n
• Good communication and administrative skills.
\n
