  \n Manage construction and property projects from feasibility through to completion and hand
\n
• over.Act as the primary contact for clients and maintain strong working relations
\n
• hips.Develop and monitor project programmes, budgets and delivery strate
\n
• gies.Coordinate consultants, contractors, design teams and wider stakehol
\n
• ders.Monitor project performance, risks, opportunities and mitigation meas
\n
• ures.Produce programme, financial and risk reports for clients and Direc
\n
• tors.Chair project meetings and ensure agreed actions are compl
\n
• eted.Support procurement, contract administration and project govern
\n
• ance.Monitor quality, costs, change control and key financial milest
\n
• ones.Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with client expectat
\n

ions.
\n Ideal Qualific

\n
• ations
  \n Relevant degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture, Building Surveying or a related disc
\n

ipline.

  \n Experience delivering construction or property projects within a consultancy or client-side env
\n
• ironment.Strong understanding of construction delivery, procurement routes and contract admini
\n
• stration.Excellent project planning, organisation and stakeholder-managemen
\n
• t skills.Commercial awareness with experience monitoring project costs and
\n
• budgets.Confident managing multiple projects and competing pr
\n
• iorities.Proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solvin
\n
• g skills.High levels of professionalism, integrity and attention t
\n
• o detail.Full UK driving licence would be adva
\n
• ntageous.Membership of RICS, APM, CIOB or ICE would be beneficial, although professional-development support is a
