Validation Technician (Graduate or Technical Entry Level)Permanent | Full-Time | 37 Hours Per Week | Site-Based, LeicestershireAbout the Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Validation Technician to join a highly regulated manufacturing environment supporting the qualification, validation, and ongoing compliance of critical equipment, facilities, and systems. This role would be particularly well suited to a recent Science or Engineering graduate looking to build a career within Quality, Validation, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Life Sciences, or Engineering. Equally, candidates with relevant industry experience are encouraged to apply. Working within a collaborative team, you will play a key role in ensuring that equipment, facilities, and processes operate consistently and meet regulatory and quality requirements. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and a desire to develop specialist validation expertise.Key Responsibilities As a Validation Technician, your responsibilities will include:\n

- Preparing, executing, and reporting validation and qualification protocols \n
- Supporting routine revalidation and requalification activities across manufacturing and laboratory environments \n
- Conducting temperature mapping studies on equipment such as Freezers, refrigerators, cold rooms \n
- Performing air particle counting within controlled cleanroom environments \n
- Carrying out airflow measurement and airflow visualisation studies \n
- Supporting validation of isolator decontamination cycles using biological indicators \n
- Assisting with revalidation of sterilisation processes, including:\n
- \n
- Hot air sterilising ovens \n
- Sterilise-in-place systems \n
\n - Producing accurate technical documentation and validation reports \n
- Reviewing data and documentation to ensure compliance with quality standards \n
- Working with a variety of critical equipment and systems, including:\n
- \n
- Temperature-controlled equipment \n
- Laboratory balances \n
- Vial filling and sealing systems \n
- Positive pressure glove isolators \n
- HVAC and facility systems \n
- Computerised systems \n

- \n
- Degree in a scientific or engineering discipline (Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, Chemistry, Biology, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or similar) \n
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy \n
- Excellent written communication skills \n
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and MS Excel \n
- Strong planning, organisation, and multitasking skills \n
- Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team \n
- Willingness to learn and develop within a regulated environment \n
