Main Responsibilities in People Administration\n

    Provide administrative support for the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and offboarding

    Maintain accurate electronic and paper-based employee records, ensuring all data and documentation is up-to-date and compliant

    Assist colleagues and managers with HR-related queries and requests, delivering excellent customer service at all times

    Coordinate onboarding processes for new starters, including contracts, background checks, and induction plans

    Process changes to employee details such as contracts, absences, benefits, and payroll data

    Support the preparation and distribution of HR reports and data for business stakeholders

    Ensure accuracy and integrity in handling confidential information in line with GDPR and company policies

    Promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture by supporting employee engagement initiatives and communications

Essential Skills and Experience for a People Administrator\n

    Excellent organisational skills and keen attention to detail

  • \n

    Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both verbal and written

    Experience working with confidential data and handling sensitive information with discretion

  • \n

    Confident using HR systems, payroll software, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    A responsive, friendly, and solutions-focused approach to supporting internal customers
