Manufacturing Engineer

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to lead technically complex, high value projects for one of our Defence manufacturers.Acting as a primary technical contact, you’ll define manufacturing methods, drive best practice, and ensure delivery on time, right first time, and within cost. • Work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to deliver precision-engineered solutions
\n
• Utilise strong CAD/CAM knowledge to support CNC machining processes, including programming, tooling selection, and optimisation of tool paths.
\n
• Establish and define methods of manufacture for complex components, creating and transferring effective manufacturing routings into production
\n
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall manufacturing performance.

Manufacturing EngineerEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications\n

\n
• Familiar working within a highly regulated manufacturing environment
\n
• Strong knowledge of CNC Machining techniques
\n
• Experience using CAD/CAM software to support manufacturing processes and CNC programming.
\n
• Strong understanding of manufacturing methods, process optimisation, and quality standards.
\n
• Prior experience managing technical projects from concept to delivery
\n
