\n\nYou’ll be working full time 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday (with on call responsibilities in support of the Service Manager), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Dean Grange (GL14 1JG) and Milestones (GL14 2RP).
\n\nDean Grange is situated in Broadoak, Newnham. We support people with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs and behaviours that may challenge. Milestones is a specialist residential service in Cinderford. We support people with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs and behaviours that may challenge.
\n\nThe people we support are encouraged and enabled to lead full and happy lives. They are supported to have more choice and control in their lives. Their strengths, abilities, and preferences are identified so that the care provided can be as person-centred and meaningful to each individual as possible.
\nBoth homes are often used as a step-down service from Broadoak, The Old Vicarage and Riverside House. The service can also accept external referrals.

A talented leader with strong line management & communication skills

Experienced within a mental health setting & a multidisciplinary team
\n - \n
An effective people, time & task manager with a proven track record of working with varied stakeholders in the delivery of outstanding care
