About the RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for Level 3 Warranty Technicians and Level 4 Diagnostic Specialists to join a busy vehicle workshop. You'll carry out mechanical repairs, warranty work and advanced diagnostics, ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer standards while maintaining high levels of quality and safety.Key Responsibilities:\n

\n
• Carry out vehicle servicing, repairs, diagnostics and warranty work.
\n
• Complete warranty documentation accurately and in line with manufacturer requirements.
\n
• Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults using manufacturer diagnostic equipment.
\n
• Attend manufacturer training courses as required.
\n
• Follow Health & Safety, COSHH and environmental procedures.
\n
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
\n
• Support the workshop team with additional duties when required.
\n

About YouTo be successful, you will have:\n

\n
• Level 3: NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair with warranty experience.
\n
• Level 4: Advanced diagnostic experience with strong fault-finding skills.
\n
• Good understanding of workshop procedures and manufacturer standards.
\n
• Computer literacy and accurate record keeping.
\n
• Full UK driving licence.
\n
• A positive, flexible attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
\n
