Group Fitness & Personal Training ManagerNorth London & Central London£37,000 - £38,000 + BonusA premium fitness and wellness operator is seeking an experienced Fitness & Personal Training Manager to oversee fitness operations across three established health club locations in London.This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused fitness leader with strong personal training management experience, a passion for member engagement and the ability to lead high-performing teams across multiple sites.The RoleAs Fitness & Personal Training Manager, you will support the Head of Fitness in driving the performance of the personal training and group exercise departments across three clubs located in north and central LondonYou will play a key role in improving member experience, increasing PT revenue, supporting trainer development and ensuring high operational standards throughout the fitness offering.This is a multi-site management role requiring a proactive, hands-on and highly organised fitness professional.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach and develop the personal training team across multiple sitesDrive PT revenue, retention and KPI performanceSupport PT revenue growth and member retention targetsRecruit, onboard and mentor personal trainersMonitor KPIs, trainer performance and client retentionDeliver excellent member engagement and serviceSupport group fitness performance and class standardsMonitor fitness operations, staffing and complianceAnalyse performance data and support commercial targetsRequirementsLevel 3 Personal Training qualification essentialMinimum 2 years' experience managing fitness teams within a gym or health clubStrong leadership and coaching abilityCommercially driven with experience achieving sales targetsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsOrganised, proactive and able to manage multiple prioritiesPassionate about health, fitness and member wellbeingPackage & BenefitsSalary: £37,000 - £38,000Annual bonus opportunityComplimentary health club membershipOngoing training and career developmentSupportive and dynamic working environmentWorking HoursThis role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays in line with business needs across all three club locations.TPBN1_UKTJ
