Online Marketplace Planner & BuyerA leading international consumer brand business is looking to appoint an Online Marketplace Planner & Buyer to support the continued growth of the Reebok Europe business. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding marketplace team and play a key role in driving commercial performance across Europe's leading online fashion and sports platforms including Zalando, About You, ASOS and other major marketplaces.This is a hands-on commercial role suited to someone who enjoys combining buying, planning, inventory management and marketplace trading within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn marketplace assortment planning and seasonal buying decisions.Define channel assortments and investment plans aligned to commercial objectives.Manage replenishment and inventory optimisation across marketplace channels.Monitor sell-through, stock levels and key trading KPIs, identifying opportunities and risks.Support markdown planning and stock rebalancing activities.Analyse trading performance and translate data into commercial actions.Maintain seasonal product catalogues and ensure product data accuracy across all channels.Work closely with internal teams and external marketplace partners to maximise sales performance.The Ideal CandidateThe successful candidate will have:At least 5 years' experience in marketplace buying, merchandise planning or e-commerce planning.Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, forecasting and trading analysis.Experience within fashion, footwear, sportswear or lifestyle brands.A solid understanding of marketplace KPIs including sell-through, stock cover and OTB.Strong analytical skills with the ability to make commercially driven decisions.Experience managing product data or PIM systems would be advantageous.A proactive, organised and adaptable approach with the ability to thrive in a growing business.Why Apply?This is an opportunity to join one of the world's most recognised sports brands during an exciting period of growth across Europe.
