\nHelping schools embed Attend through expert workshops, data-led guidance and practical attendance improvement.
\n\n
Attend is an attendance improvement platform helping schools strengthen attendance practice through live data, communication, automation, and structured intervention workflows.
\nWe are looking for an expert Facilitator to help schools move from onboarding into confident, embedded use of Attend within their day-to-day attendance practice.
\nThis is not a traditional software training role. You will deliver structured workshops, guide school teams through implementation, and help them apply Attend to their own context in a practical, meaningful way. Most of your work with schools will be delivered remotely through video calls, screen sharing and phone conversations.
\nThe right person will combine school credibility with strong facilitation skills. You will listen carefully, ask good questions and guide staff through practical decisions about attendance workflows, data and intervention.
\nThe Role
\nYou will be part of the onboarding, implementation and review journey for schools using Attend.
\nYour main responsibility will be delivering expert workshops that help schools understand, configure and apply Attend within their own context.
\nSessions will be practical, structured and outcome-focused, helping schools leave with greater clarity, confidence and achievable next steps.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nYou will:
\n- \n
- Deliver workshops as part of the onboarding, implementation and review process \n
- Guide schools through Attend workflows, configuration and practical application \n
- Adapt sessions to each school’s needs, readiness and attendance processes \n
- Help schools identify realistic priorities and next steps \n
- Review how Attend is being used and help refine workflows and routines \n
- Identify recurring challenges and feed these back internally \n
- Help improve workshops, resources and delivery processes \n
- Support Attend’s development as a school improvement platform \n
\n
About you
\nWe are looking for someone calm, credible and confident working with schools.
\nRelevant experience could include school attendance, pastoral work, teaching, implementation, facilitation, training or school improvement.
\nYou should be technically confident, comfortable working with data and able to understand how systems, rules and workflows connect. You do not need to know Attend on day one, but you must be able to become highly fluent in the platform.
\nYou will likely be:
\n- \n
- Confident facilitating structured workshops with school staff \n
- Technically capable and quick to learn systems \n
- Comfortable working with data, rules, thresholds and workflows \n
- Able to explain complex processes simply \n
- Comfortable asking questions and adapting your approach \n
- Organised, reflective and diligent \n
- Interested in school attendance, school improvement and the role Attend can play in strengthening practice \n
Career Development
\nThe role could develop towards attendance improvement, policy review, auditing and strategic consultancy, or towards customer success, service delivery leadership and managing a team of facilitators.
\nBoth pathways will retain expert facilitation at their core.
\nWhy join us?
\nYou will be joining Attend at an important stage of growth as we move into deeper school improvement work.
\nThis is an opportunity to shape how schools use Attend, how we support implementation and how our service develops.
\nYou will be part of a small, committed team that is proud of the difference Attend is making for schools, staff, pupils and families.
