Job Description
A media and events business are looking to bring a People Partner to their team. With around 200 employees globally and ambitious growth plans to double in size by 2030, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a business at an exciting stage of its journey.\n
\n
\nReporting into the People Director and working alongside a People Manager, you'll partner closely with managers across the business while contributing to key people initiatives on both a UK and global scale.\n

It's a hands-on position where you'll have the autonomy to identify opportunities for improvement, influence stakeholders and help embed best practice as the business continues to scale.\n
\n
\nWe're looking for someone with strong HR generalist experience, a solid understanding of UK employment law and a passion for developing people and managers. You'll be proactive, relationship-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.\n
