\nOverview
\nWe are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead delivery within a large-scale public sector transformation programme focused on digital, data, operating model change, and business transformation.
\nThis is a senior delivery role in a lean, high-visibility environment, working closely with senior stakeholders and governance boards to ensure successful programme outcomes.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Lead delivery across multiple transformation workstreams \n
- Translate strategic objectives into clear delivery plans and outcomes \n
- Maintain programme tracking, milestones, and dependency management \n
- Own RAID (risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies) and ensure proactive mitigation \n
- Produce high-quality governance reporting (boards, dashboards, presentations, minutes) \n
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders and support executive decision-making \n
- Ensure strong governance, change control, and programme assurance \n
- Support benefits tracking and business case development \n
Essential Experience

- Proven delivery of end-to-end transformation programmes \n
- Strong background in digital, data, and business change \n
- Experience in structured governance environments (RAID, reporting, controls) \n
- Senior stakeholder management in complex organisations \n
- Ability to produce executive-level reports and dashboards \n
- Experience working in lean, matrix delivery environments \n
Desirable

- Public sector / government experience \n
- MSP / APM / PRINCE2 or equivalent \n
- Operating model or organisational transformation experience \n
