Hours: 7:00am – 7:00pm or 7:00pm – 7:00am

Shift Pattern: 4 Days On, 4 Days Off (Including Weekends)

Potential for Full-Time: Yes – Ongoing Opportunity

Clements Young Ltd is recruiting for Machine Minders on behalf of our client in Snetterton.

This role is ideal for candidates with previous manufacturing or machine operating experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment.

Duties will include:

• Operating production machinery
\n
• Carrying out machine changeovers
\n
• Monitoring machine performance
\n
• Quality checking finished products
\n
• Reporting faults
\n
• Completing production paperwork
\n
• Cleaning machinery
\n
• Following food safety and health & safety procedures
\n

What we're looking for:

\n
• Previous Machine Minder or manufacturing experience
\n
• Good mechanical aptitude
\n
• Reliable and punctual
\n
• Excellent attention to detail
\n
• Able to work independently and within a team
\n
• Positive attitude
\n

Pay:

£12.71 - £13.00 per hour

Working Hours:

• 7:00am – 7:00pm

• 7:00pm – 7:00am
\n
• 4 Days On / 4 Days Off

• Includes weekends
\n
• Ongoing work
\n
