Customer Service Executive | Coventry | £25,000 - £28,000

We are recruiting on behalf of a manufacturer, working with major retail brands across the UK to deliver bespoke solutions. This role sits within their Brand and Retail team and is based at their Coventry office.

The opportunity

This is a varied, office-based role supporting the delivery of solutions to customers nationwide. You will play a key part in keeping orders, deliveries and stock moving smoothly, working closely with the Brand and Retail team to make sure customers receive what they need, when they need it.

The role suits someone who is confident working with data and systems, comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and who takes pride in being organised and accurate.

What the role involves

• Organising and coordinating deliveries to customers
\n
• Managing stock holding levels, keeping records accurate and up to date
\n
• Analysing and interpreting data in Excel to support day-to-day decision making
\n
• Handling invoicing accurately and efficiently
\n
• Using SAP and MRP systems to process orders and manage stock
\n
• Liaising with colleagues across the business to keep customers informed and issues resolved quickly
\n

About you

\n
• Confident using Excel to analyse and interpret data
\n
• Experience in invoicing
\n
• Competent using SAP and MRP systems
\n
• Well organised, with the ability to multi-task and manage a varied workload
\n
• Excellent communication skills
\n
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
\n

Package and benefits

• £25,000 to £28,000 depending on experience
\n
• Full-time, office based in Coventry
\n
