Press Operator

Location: SwindonSalary: £28,000 - £31,000 per year (DOE), increasing after successful probationShift: 6:00pm – 6:00am | 3 nights on / 3 nights offStart Date: Immediate

We are currently looking for an experienced Press Operator to join our client’s team in Swindon.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a print environment, with Print Finishing experience being highly desirable. You will need to be reliable, flexible and willing to work overtime during holiday cover and busy periods, particularly throughout December.

• Operate printing press equipment safely and efficiently
\n
• Work as part of a team to meet production targets
\n
• Carry out quality checks throughout the production process
\n
• Support with print finishing duties when required
\n
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
\n
• Work additional overtime when required during peak periods
\n

• Previous experience as a Press Operator or in a similar printing role
\n
• Good understanding of the printing process
\n
• Print Finishing experience is desirable
\n
• Previous experience working night shifts
\n
• Reliable and flexible approach to working hours
\n
• Willingness to work overtime when required
\n
• Forklift licence would be an advantage
\n
