• Handling inbound and outbound customer enquiries in both Polish and English

• Providing clear and accurate information regarding product recalls
\n
• Updating customer records and maintaining accurate data
\n
• Responding to emails and correspondence professionally
\n
• Delivering excellent customer service and resolving queries efficiently
\n

What We're Looking For: Fluent spoken and written Polish and English Strong customer service and communication skills Good IT and administrative skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Professional and positive attitudeAdditional Information:\n

• Fully remote role with occasional visits to the Basildon office for training and team events
\n
• Equipment provided (laptop, headset and other necessary items) which must be collected from the office before starting

• Immediate start available

• Assignment expected to run until October
