\nPeople Solutions are currently recruiting for a Window & Door Fabricator to join our well-established client based in West Bromwich.
\n£13.27 per hour | Monday to Friday | Temp-to-Perm Opportunity | Ongoing Training | No Weekend Working

\nThis role would suit candidates with experience as a Window & Door Fabricator, Aluminium Fabricator, UPVC Fabricator, Window Fabricator, Door Fabricator, Fabricator, Manufacturing Operative, Production Operative, Assembly Operative or Workshop Operative.
\nShifts
\n• Monday to Friday • 08:00 - 16:30

\nDay-to-Day Duties
\nAs a Window & Door Fabricator, your duties will include but not be limited to:
\n• Manufacturing aluminium and UPVC windows and doors to a high standard • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and production specifications • Operating workshop machinery, including routers and saws • Measuring materials accurately and completing production calculations • Handling, moving, and storing materials safely • Working closely with colleagues to resolve production issues efficiently • Maintaining high quality standards throughout the manufacturing process • Following all health and safety procedures • Supporting general workshop duties where required
\nEssential Skills
\nTo be successful as a Window & Door Fabricator, you will need:
\n• Previous experience manufacturing aluminium and/or UPVC windows and doors • Strong technical knowledge within a fabrication or manufacturing environment • Experience using hand tools and workshop machinery safely • The ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work • Good communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team • A positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
\nDesirable Experience
\n• Previous experience within window and door fabrication would be advantageous • Experience working within a manufacturing, production, or assembly environment would be beneficial • Experience operating fabrication machinery, routers, or saws would be desirable
