Cleaning Operative - Void Properties & End of Tenancy - Company Van Provided - IMMEDIATE START

Prestige Cleaning Services North East is recruiting experienced Cleaning Operatives to join our specialist void and end-of-tenancy team. This role involves deep-cleaning empty properties to a professional, audit-ready standard.

This is a full-time, permanent position and is not suitable for part-time or casual applicants.

Benefits Company van provided (work use + commuting)

Guaranteed 40 hours per week £25,000–£30,000 per year (DOE)

Pension after 3 months Immediate start available

The Role

You will carry out deep cleans in empty residential and commercial properties across the region.

Duties include: Full kitchen and bathroom deep cleaning. Appliance cleaning. Stain and odour removal. High-touch area sanitising. Following structured cleaning checklists. Reporting damage, hazards, or maintenance issues

Working independently or within a small team Mandatory Requirements Applicants must meet all of the following:

Full UK driving licence Minimum age 23+ (insurance requirement)

Proven experience in end-of-tenancy or void property cleaning Able to work full-time (40 hours guaranteed) Reliable commuting across the North East

Good spoken English Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently If you do not meet every requirement, your application cannot be considered.

Work Location On the road, attending void and end-of-tenancy cleans across the North East region.
