\n Key Responsibilities\nKnowledge & Thought Leadership

- Produce client alerts, legal updates, briefings, and thought leadership materials. \n
- Develop and maintain high-quality knowledge resources for the practice. \n
Regulatory & Market Intelligence

- Monitor legal, regulatory, and market developments affecting the FinTech sector. \n
- Translate complex developments into commercially relevant and actionable guidance. \n
- Participate in external industry forums and maintain awareness of emerging trends. \n
Policy & Stakeholder Engagement

- Engage with industry associations, regulators, and policy bodies. \n
- Review and draft responses to consultations and policy initiatives. \n
- Help shape the firm's engagement strategy on key regulatory issues. \n
Innovation & AI Strategy

- Drive the adoption of AI and legal technology tools within the FinTech practice. \n
- Collaborate with innovation, knowledge, and technology teams to enhance legal workflows. \n
- Support the transformation of the practice into an AI-enabled, future-focused team. \n
Profile

- England & Wales qualified solicitor. \n
- Ideally 5+ years' PQE gained within a leading FinTech practice. \n
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills. \n
- Ability to explain complex legal and regulatory concepts in clear, accessible language. \n
- Demonstrable interest in innovation, legal technology, and AI. \n
- Excellent communication, project management, and organisational skills. \n
- Self-motivated and capable of managing complex initiatives independently. \n
