We currently have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Warehouse Operative within our growing team at our i54 site in Wolverhampton. This is a permanent, full-time role (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm with a 30-minute break, reporting to the Warehouse Team Leader.

\n

In a nutshell, you will be responsible for:

\n

Your role is to make sure our luxury products reach our customers in excellent condition, safely and efficiently. From booking goods in, through picking and packing, to loading vehicles for despatch, you'll take pride in the accuracy of every order and in the standard of the warehouse around you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhering to health and safety policies, procedures and guidelines at all times.
  • \n
  • Receiving, picking and packing luxury goods in a safe and efficient manner.
  • \n
  • Loading and unloading of vehicles for goods in and goods out duties.
  • \n
  • Completing a range of warehouse inventory tasks.
  • \n
  • Reporting missing or damaged products.
  • \n
  • Assisting with monthly and annual stock-takes and cycle counts.
  • \n
  • Using ERP/WMS systems and handheld scanners to process warehouse transactions accurately.
  • \n
  • Working closely with team members to achieve targets and meet customer expectations.
  • \n
  • Working in a safe manner in line with the training provided.
  • \n
  • General warehouse duties and housekeeping, keeping your area clean and organised.
  • \n

For this role we would need you to demonstrate:

  • Current counterbalance and reach truck licences (essential).
  • \n
  • Experience of working within a busy warehouse environment.
  • \n
  • A strong health and safety awareness.
  • \n
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • \n
  • The ability to work as part of a team, while showing initiative when working independently.
