Key Responsibilities

\n
• Provide mortgage and protection advice tailored to customer needs.
\n
• Guide customers through the mortgage process from application to completion.
\n
• Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues.
\n
• Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
\n
• Deliver excellent customer service while achieving performance targets.
\n

What we're looking for:

\n
• Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
\n
• Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor/Mortgage & Protection Advisor
\n
• Strong track record of delivering excellent customer outcomes
\n
• Commercially minded with a drive to maximise opportunities
\n
• Passionate about helping clients achieve their homeownership goals
\n
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
\n
