Hours - 35 hours (9am - 5pm)

Based in Worthing

£80,000 - £90,000 per annum plus further benefits and bonus (Potential Partnership Opportunity)

Tony Alan Recruitment is currently working with a well-established, respected law firm in the Worthing area, seeking an experienced Partner / Head of Commercial Property & Corporate to lead an established team of five.

This is a genuine leadership opportunity for an ambitious senior solicitor looking to take the next step, with the chance to join as a Salary Partner and a clear route to Equity Partnership for the right individual.

You’ll remain hands-on with a quality caseload while leading and developing the department.

Key Duties:

• Business and company sales & acquisitions
\n
• Share sales & purchases
\n
• Company commercial matters and shareholder agreements
\n
• Commercial property transactions
\n
• Development work including Section 106 agreements, overage and option agreements
\n
• Agricultural property matters
\n
• Commercial leases, renewals and landlord & tenant work
\n
• Leading and mentoring a team of solicitors and support staff
\n
• Reviewing processes and implementing best practice
\n
• Supervising files to ensure quality and consistency
\n
• Developing client relationships and networking with SMEs and regional businesses
\n

Key requirements:

\n
• Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in Commercial Property and/or Corporate law
\n
• Leadership or supervisory experience
\n
• Commercially minded with strong client relationship skills
\n
• Keen to play a key role in the growth of a successful department
\n
