Reporting to the Head of HR, you’ll lead a small team and play a key role in delivering a people strategy that supports business growth and performance. Key Responsibilities\n
    \n
  • Lead and develop the HR team, ensuring the team are high performing and focused on the customer
  • \n
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver people strategies and initiatives that support growth
  • \n
  • Lead on complex ER matters including organisation change, restructures and consultations
  • \n
  • Oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with up to date UK employment legislation
  • \n
  • Support with recruitment and talent management, and workforce planning activities as well as rewards and benefit framework
  • \n
  • Use HR data and insights to support business decisions and continuous improvement
  • \n
Skills & Experience\n
    \n
  • Proven experience in a HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner role
  • \n
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • \n
  • Confidence to stop issues early and work strategically
  • \n
  • Experience managing complex employee relations and organisational change
  • \n
  • Track record of influencing senior stakeholders
  • \n
  • Experience leading and developing HR teams
  • \n
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified as a minimum
  • \n
