Assistant Company SecretaryLocation: Near Solihull (Hybrid)Working Pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday. Working closely with an experienced Group General Counsel & Company Secretary, you'll support the delivery of company secretarial and governance services across a diverse portfolio of listed, regulated and private companies. - Preparing Board and Committee agendas and meeting packs \n
- Attending meetings and producing high-quality minutes \n
- Drafting governance documentation and Board resolutions \n
- Managing statutory records and Companies House filings \n
- Supporting Annual Reports, Annual General Meetings and regulatory announcements \n
- Assisting with corporate governance and compliance requirements \n
- Supporting share schemes, corporate projects and restructures \n
- Building strong relationships with Directors, senior stakeholders and external advisers \n

- CGI qualified, studying towards qualification, or committed to becoming qualified \n
- Experienced in UK company secretarial practice with knowledge of the Companies Act 2006 \n
- Confident preparing Board papers and taking Board minutes \n
- Highly organised, proactive and detail-focused \n
- An excellent communicator with strong written English \n
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders \n
