Executive Assistant to Founder & CEO

As the business continues to grow, they are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the Founder & CEO and become a key part of the team.

The Role

This is not a traditional EA role.

Working closely with the Founder & CEO, you will become their trusted right hand and the person they can completely rely on.

You'll manage the usual high-level EA responsibilities - complex diary management, international travel, meetings, communication and ensuring the CEO is fully prepared - but this role goes considerably beyond that.

This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial position where you'll have the opportunity to get involved across the business, support projects, solve problems and take ownership of whatever needs to happen next.

One day you could be coordinating a complex international schedule; the next you might be helping organise a team initiative, supporting an important project or figuring out how to solve something that has never been done before.

No two days will be the same.

You'll need to be comfortable with pace, changing priorities and the occasional bit of chaos, while bringing structure and calm to the CEO's world.

Most importantly, you'll become the backbone for the CEO - anticipating what they need, protecting their time and making sure the things that matter get done.

The Culture

The company is currently creating a brand-new Central London office, designed to bring the team together and build on the culture that already exists.

They are looking for someone who genuinely wants to be in the office and part of the team.

The team is bright, energetic and highly collaborative, with a real sense of camaraderie and excitement about what they are building. You'll work 1:1 with the CEO while also becoming an important part of the wider team, with opportunities to get involved in company initiatives, team events and trips as the business grows.

About You

You'll already have proven experience supporting a Founder, CEO or similarly senior executive, ideally within a start-up, scale-up, entrepreneurial business, technology company, VC, investment environment or another fast-moving organisation.

Experience within AI, technology, VC, investment or another entrepreneurial/high-growth environment would be particularly relevant, as would experience supporting a founder or CEO where priorities can change quickly and the EA needs to operate with a high degree of autonomy.

You don't need to know everything. What matters is that you're smart, curious, resourceful and willing to figure things out.
