Key Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient administrative support to colleagues across the team

  • Coordinate diaries, meetings, travel arrangements, accommodation, and events
  • \n
  • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, agendas, and correspondence
  • \n
  • Manage document filing, archiving, scanning, and general document administration
  • \n
  • Assist with opening new client matters and maintaining accurate records
  • \n
  • Process invoices, expense claims, and support financial administration
  • \n
  • Maintain internal databases and contact information
  • \n
  • Support business development activities
  • \n
  • Provide administrative support for projects and other ad hoc tasks as required
  • \n

  • A confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • \n
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • \n
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident using a range of digital systems
  • \n
  • Professional, reliable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion
  • \n
  • A collaborative team player with a positive, proactive attitude
  • \n
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • \n
  • Flexibility with working hours as required
  • \n
  • Excellent spelling, grammar, and accuracy
  • \n
