Our client, a leading law firm, is looking for a proactive and organised Team Administrator to provide high-quality administrative support within a busy professional services environment. \n\nKey Responsibilities

- Provide efficient administrative support to colleagues across the team \n
- Coordinate diaries, meetings, travel arrangements, accommodation, and events \n
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, agendas, and correspondence \n
- Manage document filing, archiving, scanning, and general document administration \n
- Assist with opening new client matters and maintaining accurate records \n
- Process invoices, expense claims, and support financial administration \n
- Maintain internal databases and contact information \n
- Support business development activities \n
- Provide administrative support for projects and other ad hoc tasks as required \n
About You

- A confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills \n
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment \n
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident using a range of digital systems \n
- Professional, reliable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion \n
- A collaborative team player with a positive, proactive attitude \n
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths \n
- Flexibility with working hours as required \n
- Excellent spelling, grammar, and accuracy \n
