Day-to-Day of The Role:

As our Office Administrator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing incoming calls, emails and correspondence.

  • Maintaining accurate records and company databases.
  • \n
  • Supporting managers and wider teams with administrative tasks.
  • \n
  • Coordinating meetings, diaries and travel arrangements.

  • Preparing documents, reports and presentations.

  • Ordering office supplies and managing stock levels.

  • Ensuring office systems and processes run efficiently.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
