Job Reference: 1221Job Title: M&E Shift LeaderSalary: £65,000 per annum + £3,000 HVAP BonusLocation: City of LondonJob Type: Technical / EngineeringWorking Hours: Continental Shift Pattern Days & Nights, 7am 7pmJob SummaryWere looking for a technically strong M&E Shift Leader to take responsibility for the engineering operations on a prestigious commercial building in the City of London. The ideal candidate will have a strong M&E background, be confident communicating with the client and contractors, and have the technical ability to take ownership of issues and lead the engineering team on shift.HVAP is preferred but not essential, with full training funded for the right candidate. HVAP-qualified engineers will receive an additional £3,000 annual bonus, taking the total package to £68,000 per annum.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the engineering team during day and night shifts.Take responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of M&E building services.Carry out and oversee planned preventative and reactive maintenance.Provide strong technical support and guidance to engineers on shift.Diagnose and resolve complex electrical and mechanical faults.Monitor critical plant and building services systems.Ensure all PPM and reactive works are completed to the required standards.Ensure compliance with statutory, health & safety and site requirements.RequirementsStrong technical M&E engineering background.Electrical or Mechanical engineering qualification at Level 3 or equivalent.Previous experience as a Shift Leader, Shift Engineer, Senior Engineer or similar.Strong electrical knowledge is highly desirable.HVAP qualification preferred but not essential.Willingness to undertake HVAP training if required.Right to work in the UK.Whats on Offer£65,000 per annum£3,000 annual HVAP bonusHVAP training fully funded for the right candidateGreat opportunities for career development20 Days annual leaveOvertime opportunitiesIf you live in and around the City of London, East London or surrounding areas , this could be the role for you.Ready to take the next step in your career?Apply today and help us shape the future!TPBN1_UKTJ
