Site Manager

Location: Preston PR1Start: ASAPDuration: 12 MonthsEssential Qualifications:SMSTS.Black CSCS Card.First Aid at Work.Asbestos Awareness.Additional Qualifications, Ideal but not required:Temporary Works Supervisor.Scaffold Inspection.PASMA.IPAF.Experience with InjectorClad installation.OneTrace experience.Knowledge of the Building Safety Act and Golden Thread requirements.Essential Experience:Minimum 5 years experience as a Site Manager.Fire remediation or faade remediation experience.Experience managing cladding, cavity barriers, render systems and insulation replacement.Strong QA/QC knowledge.Experience working to detailed programmes.Ability to manage multiple subcontractors.Good understanding of Building Regulations and fire safety requirements.Key responsibilities:Manage all site activities from mobilisation through to Practical Completion.Supervise subcontractors and direct labour.Ensure works are delivered in accordance with drawings and specifications.Maintain programme and monitor daily progress.Carry out daily briefings and toolbox talks.Ensure RAMS are implemented and adhered to.Manage Health & Safety compliance on site.Complete daily site diaries and progress reports.Manage QA/QC inspections using OneTrace or equivalent.Record photographic evidence of completed works.Coordinate inspections with Building Control, Fire Engineers and client representatives.Manage material deliveries and site logistics.Maintain high housekeeping standards.Close out defects and snagging items.Assist with compilation of O&M Manuals and Health & Safety Files.Ensure resident liaison requirements are maintained where applicable.Thank youTPBN1_UKTJ
