Head Chef – Cambridge Up to £50,000 | 37.5 Hours Great opportunity for an experienced Head Chef in Cambridge. We are looking for a strong kitchen leader to take ownership of the food operation. What you'll be doing Lead and develop the kitchen team. Take ownership of the menu. Create and develop new dishes. Train and coach the team. Manage food costs and GP. Control stock and ordering. Maintain high food and hygiene standards. Manage allergens and compliance. Support P&L and kitchen budgets. Work closely with the wider hotel team. What we're looking for Experienced Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready for the next step. Excellent leadership skills. Strong menu development experience. Good knowledge of food costs and GP. Commercially aware. Passionate about food. Confident training and developing a team. Ideally 5+ years' industry experience.
