\nWe're working with a well-established M&E contractor that's continuing to grow across South Wales.
\nThey're looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to help deliver a varied portfolio of mechanical building services projects, typically ranging from £250k-£1m, across healthcare, council, education and public sector environments.
\nThe role offers a good mix of office, site and home working, with projects predominantly based across South Wales.
\nYou'll be responsible for:

- Delivering mechanical building services projects from pre-construction through to completion. \n
- Managing programmes, subcontractors and project delivery. \n
- Building strong client relationships. \n
- Managing costs, variations and project performance. \n
- Working closely with site, commercial and design teams. \n
We're looking for someone with:
\n- \n
- Experience delivering Mechanical Building Services projects. \n
- A background as a Mechanical Project Engineer or Project Manager. \n
- Good commercial awareness and strong organisational skills. \n
- The ability to build lasting client relationships and manage multiple projects. \n
