\nSea Global are delighted to be partnering with a leading organisation within the Housing sector to recruit a Procurement Assurance Manager into their well regarded procurement function.
\nThis is an exciting opportunity to join the business at a pivotal stage as they continue to embed the requirements of the Procurement Act 2023 across the organisation.
\nThe successful candidate will play a key role in developing procurement assurance processes, driving compliance, and ensuring transparency throughout the procurement lifecycle.

\nRoles & Responsibilities

- Lead the development and implementation of procurement comlpaince processes to ensure adherence with the Procurement Act 2023 and wider public procurement regulations. \n
- Manage the publication of procurement notices throughout the procurement lifecycle. \n
- Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to provide procurement guidance, training and support. \n
- Analyse procurement data, identify areas of non-compliance, implement corrective actions and continuously improve procurement reporting, transparency and assurance processes. \n
Experience
\n- \n
- Strong knowledge of Public Contract Regulations 2015 (PCR2015) and the Procurement Act 2023. \n
- Experience working within a public sector or regulated procurement environment. \n
- Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, influence at all levels and communicate complex procurement legislation effectively. \n
- Experience developing governance, compliance or assurance processes, with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret procurement data. \n
