Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a well-established manufacturing business to recruit a Production Engineer to join their technical team.

This is a varied, hands-on role with responsibility for developing and improving manufacturing processes from customer drawings through to production.

As the Production Engineer You will:

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes and routings
\n
• Support CNC programming, tooling and workholding requirements
\n
• Troubleshoot production and quality issues
\n
• Drive improvements in efficiency, cost and machine performance
\n
• Support new product introduction and process development
\n
• Create and maintain manufacturing documentation
\n
• Work with suppliers and internal teams on technical improvements
\n

We are looking for someone with the following experience:

We're looking for a practical and technically minded engineer with experience in a precision manufacturing or CNC environment.

• CNC machining and programming
\n
• Engineering drawings and tolerancing
\n
• Tooling and workholding
\n
• Process improvement
\n
• CAD
\n

You don't need to tick every box. Strong manufacturing experience, good problem-solving skills and the willingness to learn are just as important.
