The Opportunity

\n

Join Staffline’s Resourcing Centre team as a Recruitment Administrator. You’ll provide administrative, data and campaign support to our Recruitment Partners and regional operations. The role is varied and fast-paced—ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, collaborating with stakeholders and maintaining a consultative approach.

\n

What you’ll be doing

\n

· Run email and SMS campaigns to drive applications and improve conversion.

\n

· Extract, organise and present data (Excel/PowerPoint), including graphs and summaries.

\n

· Build and maintain KPI reports, trackers and dashboards.

\n

· Prepare presentation packs, take meeting minutes and follow up actions.

\n

· Attend meetings with key stakeholders (internal and external), providing updates and input where required—always consultative.

\n

· Collate local market research to inform attraction activity.

\n

· Work with internal teams and external partners to support branding, application flow and candidate experience.

\n

· Ensure all activity follows compliance guidelines and support sites/departments with recruitment requests.

\n

Note: This role does not include writing job adverts.

What we’re looking for

· Strong written English and clear communication.

\n

· Confident with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

\n

· Highly organised, able to prioritise and self-manage in a remote setting.

\n

· Collaborative, comfortable in stakeholder meetings, and consultative in style.

\n

· Able to meet deadlines in a busy, service-led environment.

\n
