\nAn established and growing law firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its expanding Property team in Doncaster.
\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor or an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking to develop their career within a supportive and well-respected firm. The successful candidate must have experience in commercial property, either gained during a training contract or in a post-qualified role.
The Role\nYou will work on a broad range of commercial property matters, including:

- Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property. \n
- Commercial landlord and tenant matters, including leases and lease renewals. \n
- Property finance and secured lending transactions. \n
- Development and investment work. \n
- Supporting clients ranging from SMEs to investors, developers and owner-managed businesses. \n
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering a high standard of service. \n

- Qualified Solicitor (NQ+). \n
- Commercial property experience gained during your training contract or post-qualification. \n
- Strong drafting and communication skills. \n
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. \n
- A proactive approach with the ability to manage your own workload. \n
