Recruit UK is working with a well-respected Wealth Management firm in Henley-in-Arden, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join their growing team.

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be the first point of contact for client queries, providing exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and enjoy building strong relationships with clients while delivering a high standard of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare client appointment packs and manage adviser diaries
\n
• Liaise with clients and providers to obtain information and progress requests.
\n
• Ensure all documentation meets FCA regulatory standards
\n
• Gather data for cash flow modelling and portfolio analysis
\n

Skills and experience required:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience (or equivalent) as an Administrator within an Independent Financial Adviser
\n
• Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
\n
• Experience utilising Intelligent office is highly advantageous
\n
