We are recruiting a Newly Qualified Private Client Solicitor to join their growing team in Cheltenham.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified solicitor looking to develop their career within a supportive and respected private client department. You will work alongside experienced practitioners on a varied and high-quality caseload while receiving strong supervision and ongoing professional development.

The Role

You will handle a broad range of Private Client matters, including:

• Wills and estate planning
\n
• Probate and estate administration
\n
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
\n
• Court of Protection matters (where applicable)
\n
• Client advisory work with a focus on long-term relationships
\n

About You

We are looking for someone who:

\n
• Is newly qualified or has up to 1-year PQE in Private Client
\n
• Has strong communication and client care skills
\n
• Is organised, detail-focused, and proactive
\n
• Is keen to build a long-term career in Private Client law
\n
• Works well both independently and as part of a team
\n
